Planning, implementation and evaluation of development results will run well if based on good information. Socio-economic data is needed to provide an overview of the achievement of development results and can be used as evaluation material for development programs. Specifically related to socio-economic data such as clothing, food, shelter, education, health, security, and employment opportunities obtained through Susenas are needed to determine how far development results have a positive impact on improving community welfare. The National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) is designed to produce socio-economic data on the population in the sectors of education, health, housing environment, crime, socio-culture, household consumption/expenditure, tourism and public perception of household welfare.
