Due to the restructuring of service management aimed at improving service quality and as a culture of excellent service, the BPS of Muara Enim Regency provides compensation to service recipients if the services provided do not meet the established standards, including:
1. Service recipients will be given additional visiting time if visits are delayed due to urgent office activities.
2. Service recipients will be prioritized for the next service if the targeted completion time is not met as agreed.
3. Service recipients will be given a replacement product as agreed if the service product does not meet the agreed standards.
