Change Agent of Statistics Indonesia - Muara Enim Regency

On December 31, 2021, BPS Muara Enim Regency has conducted the Change
Agent selection which was carried out after the selection of the Change
Champion of BPS South Sumatra Province. Mr. Lahmodin Oktanata, SP was
chosen as a Change Agent after winning from a fairly tight employee
vote.
The changes that will be led by this new Change Agent include:
1.
Revision of the slogans of BPS Muara Enim Regency, which previously
still used PIA (Professional, Integritas, Amanah) changed to accommodate
the ber-AKHLAK component.
2. Knowledge sharing, started to be
implemented again, where employees do presentation at least 1 time a
year with interesting and useful material.
3. Increasing the
capacity of employees in the development of the statistician profession,
that is, employees are encouraged to write in the mass media, at least
once a year.
4. Making infographics for certain dates.
Hopefully, the new Change Agent can bring BPS Muara Enim Regency to a better direction. Amen..
